Must Do: Please get your Latest Weight first before you start doing your 44 days “Weight Management Program“. After your 44 days program, compare your Before and After weight. There are times that we cannot see any difference on our own body changes. Some people will see and recognize changes. But we are not sure if they are telling the truth or not. The weighing scale is the only tool that will not lie to you. Use it to see the result.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS YOU MUST FOLLOW:
1: Strictly follow the Meal Plan for 44 days straight.
2: Strictly NO Intake of Pork or Beef for 44 days straight.
3: Avoid eating Chicken Skin and other Deep Fried Foods.
4: Drink at least 3 Liters of Water Daily.
(This is already included in your meal plan, you can use your Herbalife Shaker to measure your water intake)
5: Drink water whenever you feel hungry.
6: No additional intake of Vegetables, Fruits, Coffee, Sauce, Gravy, Candy and other foods. (Do not worry about fruits and vegetables intake, it is already in your shake and supplements.)
7: Day-45 is an optional “Cheat Day”. Eat something you love in moderation. But first ask yourself. Is it worth it?
8: Do the 44 days program again after Day-45 until you are satisfied with your body.
9: Continue living a healthy, clean and sexy life!
