DAY 7: Good Fat vs Bad Fat
Obviously, GOOD FATS are better than BAD FATS. So, I highly recommend eating foods with GOOD FATS. Here is the list of foods that will help you choose the right food to eat.

FACT: This list is a SAD REALITY because most of our favorite foods fall under the BAD FATS list. However, you still have the freedom to eat what you want. Always Remember! You can satisfy your cravings in just 1-2 small bites + 1 minute of chewing + lots and lots of water. But don’t make this habitual. The more you cheat on the food you eat, the more money you will be wasting in achieving your desired body. Take your pick!
