This product was introduced to me by a friend who is a member of herbalife. She said that this product is vital when you are in a reduced diet for proper absorption of nutrients and for healthy digestion. When you are calculating your daily intake of calories. You cut the amount of your food intake, so you need to properly absorb the nutrient your body needs to be able to survive your reduced diet. This is a big help to that. I have only used this product on the first 20 days of my Weight Management Program. I do not like its bitter sour taste. But for the sake of weight loss, I managed to tolerate it. Good thing that they have introduced the Mango flavored Aloe Concentrate that is a bit sweeter than the plain Aloe. I love the taste of the mango flavor making it the most delicious herbalife product for me.

How I used the product:
My health coach taught me a different way of drinking this product. I drink 1 capfull (cap cover of the bottle) straight before breakfast 8am and before my 4pm snack. However, if you want to follow the instructions in the label. You should do this, for one (1) glass, mix three (3) capfuls (15ml) of Herbal Aloe Concentrate with 1/2 cup (120 ml) of water. To prepare one liter of ready to consume drink, mix 1/2 cup (120 ml) of Herbal Aloe Concentrate with one (1) liter of water. Refrigerate any unused portion.
